BHMAAA Inc. offers two separate and optional SMS programs: Marketing SMS and Account Notification SMS. Each program requires a separate opt-in through an independent, unchecked consent checkbox on our website.

Marketing SMS

By checking the Marketing SMS consent box, you provide your express written consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from BHMAAA Inc. regarding business financing products, funding opportunities, and promotional offers.

Consent to receive Marketing SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving products or services from BHMAAA Inc.

Account Notification SMS

By checking the Account Notification SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from BHMAAA Inc. regarding your submitted business funding inquiry or application, including application status updates, document requests, approval status updates, and other application-related notifications.

Account Notification SMS consent is separate from Marketing SMS consent. Opting in to Account Notifications does not constitute consent to receive Marketing SMS.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on the SMS program selected and your interaction with BHMAAA Inc.

Message and data rates may apply. BHMAAA Inc. does not charge you for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging or data rates according to your mobile plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages from BHMAAA Inc. at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. You will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

SMS Consent and Data

Your SMS consent applies only to communications from BHMAAA Inc. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent provided to BHMAAA Inc. does not authorize third-party funding providers or other third parties to send you SMS marketing messages.

Users may independently choose to opt in to Marketing SMS, Account Notification SMS, both programs, or neither program. Both SMS consent choices are optional and are unchecked by default.
